A new collection of homes at Heyford Park

With the summer behind us and the children back at school, now is a great time to start or resume your search for a new home in Oxfordshire

"Heyford Park is one of the most exclusive new addresses in Oxfordshire"

Dorchester Living has launched The Gardens, a new collection of three to six bedroom houses at its exclusive Heyford Park development in Upper Heyford. The properties are available to reserve from plan now, with the first houses due for completion early next year.

Prior to the launch of The Gardens in September, there was a lot of interest in these stylish new homes and what they offer in terms of space, layout and specification. Dorchester Living expects interest in The Gardens to grow, as buyers return to the market after the summer.

Commenting Jeanne Evett, Sales and Marketing Director at Dorchester Living, said: “Homebuyers shouldn’t wait to come and view the plans and see what these stylish new homes have to offer. Due to the level of interest and enquiries we are experiencing we would urge anyone interested in buying a home at The Gardens to come and see us now. At this early stage, we can also discuss with you the opportunity to change some of the interior to fit with your needs and requirements.”

Situated on the edge of Heyford Park and with views of the Oxfordshire countryside, a variety of house types are on offer in The Gardens, the names of which reflect characters from Jane Austen novels, such as The Bennett, The Fairfax and The Darcy.

This wonderful assortment of houses would suit buyers looking for a beautifully crafted home, completed to a high specification throughout with stylish open plan accommodation and great outdoor space.

Kitchens will be fitted with AEG appliances and bi-fold doors which lead from the kitchen/ dining area into the rear garden, perfect for al fresco dining. Master bedrooms will have an en-suite and some of the homes will also benefit from a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite to the second bedroom. There will be a mixture of good quality ceramic tiling and carpet fitted throughout the homes and gardens will be turfed with a patio area as standard.

The properties are available to purchase using the Government backed Help to Buy scheme. Help to Buy enables people to move home or buy for the first time with as little as a 5% deposit.

The scheme is open to all owner occupiers who fit the following criteria – you must provide a 5% deposit, you can buy a property with a maximum purchase price of £600,000, you need to obtain a mortgage for 75% of the price, with 20% covered by a Homes and Communities Agency equity loan.

Commenting Jeanne Evett, said: “Heyford Park is one of the most exclusive new addresses in Oxfordshire and we are focussed on creating an exciting new hub for enterprise, culture and living. With plans for a state of the art village centre with an eclectic mix of leisure, residential, commercial and retail spaces, including an American inspired brasserie, two separate rooftop terraces, a convenience store and flexible community space, Heyford Park will be like no other new development in Oxfordshire.”

Three bedroom houses start from £359,995. To register your interest in The Gardens, to view the plans or to find out more about living at Heyford Park, contact the marketing suite on 01869 238 238 or visit heyfordpark.co.uk.
