Aronowitz Ensemble with Tom Poster (Piano)

Mozart Piano Quartet in G minor K478, Britten String Quartet no 3 opus 94, Brahms Piano Quintet in F minor Opus 34
We may feel near to the composer's deepest personality

The Aronowitz Ensemble began its life with a sell-out at St John's Square and early membership of the prestigious BBC Young Artists Scheme. 26 April will see them perform for Oxford Chamber Music Society.

Tom Poster now has an international reputation as one of the finest and most versatile of UK pianists. In the Mozart, almost a miniature piano concerto, we may feel near to the composer's deepest personality. Having had Shostakovich's final work in this season, we now have that of his friend Britten, the powerful and moving Third Quartet. The Brahms is romantic passion expressed on the grandest scale.
