This is a great starting point for the exploration of wine styles. You will discover how to pair food and wine, and how to make the most of wine by learning the correct storage and serving conditions for a variety of wine styles. The course includes wine tastings and a food and wine pairing workshop.
We have been approved by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust to provide two great recognised and formal qualifications in the wonderful science of Wine. Of course you have to start off with the basics and that is exactly what we aim to teach you in the first of our two certified levels. This course has a pass rate of 94%, which is above the global average (WSET Examiners Report 2013-14).
