Join Bucklebury Farm Park's world tour in February for a taste of Scandinavia, land of fire and ice, while in March we celebrate the rustic home cooking of France

 

Our Japanese evening feasts prepared by Woodys’ Japanese-born chef Miho, are proving a big hit and we advise booking well in advance for the next one in June.

Toast Skagen - prawns on toast - a great Swedish classic dish

Krispigt bakad sparris - crispy baked Asparagus with lemon mayonnaise (V)

Main course

Classic Swedish meatballs with celeriac mash and white cabbage and fennel salad

Or

Swedish cheese pie served with new potatoes, white cabbage and fennel & green salad (V)

Dessert

Lingonberry Pears with Hazelnut Sauce
