Lea Lükk – Life Coach, Consultant and Psychologist
Lea is responsible, friendly and truly passionate about helping people
In Western societies, the expectations that we have for our lives and the schedules we set for ourselves have made it increasingly common to experience lethargy, frustration and a lack of motivation.
Money worries, family issues and a chronic, culturally-entrenched shortage of leisure time have all contributed to a growing feeling of “missing something” amongst an enormous number of men and women who do not suffer from a diagnosable mental illness.
The expectations of the modern world can make it difficult to remain positive, but there are certainly options available for those of us who feel habitually lonely, bored or unhappy. Coaching works for nearly everyone who isn’t clinically depressed.
Talking to a coach is often far more effective than talking to a friend because friends, although they almost always mean well, tend to take sides or tell you what they think you want to hear. A coach, on the other hand, is trained to be neutral, keep confidentiality and develop a professional relationship.
Lea Lükk is a coach, consultant and psychologist based in Abingdon who specialises in helping out those who feel this way. Lea has a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, as well as several Psychology, Philosophy and Coaching qualifications from Oxford University.
She can accommodate almost any non-clinical issue including parenting, career dilemmas, health problems, work/life balance and retirement and later life.
Lea is responsible, friendly and truly passionate about helping people. Life should be full of surprises, joy and wonder, and if you feel like you could benefit from Lea’s expertise then why not send her an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit the Complementary Healthcare Practice at 94 Ock Street, Abingdon.
