Rick Fox is an enthusiastic disciple of all things food and wine, to the despair of his doctor. His spare time is spent seeking out rare mushrooms and obscure psychedelic rock albums.
What’s your favourite place to enjoy wine in Oxfordshire?
Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons. More realistically, The Oxford Wine Cafe in Summertown has a great selection.
What’s the worst wine you’ve ever encountered?
My own home brew. It was utterly rank and a total failure.
Port or sherry?
Port, every time, because I love cheese. 'Sherry and stilton' just doesn't have the same appeal.
