Rye St Antony Sixth Form

Our Sixth Form helps girls to prepare for the outside world within a happy and stimulating environment
A time when lifelong friendships are made, community ties are strengthened and personal development is more important than ever

"Come and see us soon"

Sixth Form is the most exciting but also challenging two years of a student’s educational life – a time to specialise, prepare for further education and consider career choices.

It is also a time when lifelong friendships are made, community ties are strengthened and personal development is more important than ever.

It is vital that students in these crucial years make the right choice of AS and A Level subjects for them, that will cater for their specific needs and aspirations.

As well as offering excellent academic support, we actively help pupils with work experience placements, careers guidance and those all-important university choices

At Rye St Antony we believe our Sixth Form offers something unique for Oxford – our students receive personal attention that is second to none within their own purpose built surroundings set in the school’s wonderful 12 acre grounds and woodlands.

When our Sixth Form girls aren’t studying or engaged in their very active social life, you might find them helping out in the school Nursery, running a school club, directing a play starring younger pupils or organising a charity event.

When a high percentage of employers say they require candidates to possess much-needed soft skills such as empathy, courtesy, leadership, problem-solving and communication, our Sixth Form helps girls to prepare for the outside world within a happy and stimulating environment. As well as offering excellent academic support, we actively help pupils with work experience placements, careers guidance and those all-important university choices.

We welcome visitors to the Sixth Form at any time – so do come and see us soon. You will find a welcoming and happy atmosphere on any day of the week and our Sixth Formers would love to show you around.

- Joanne Croft, Head of Sixth Form
