Vacufit – fast & efficient weight loss and cellulite reduction

"It targets problematic areas normal exercise doesn’t seem to tackle, and is ideal for slimming for a deadline such as a wedding, holiday or other special occasion"

Using Vacufit technology to accomplish otherwise unattainable results, clients have the luxury of undertaking moderate level cardiovascular exercise for just 30 minutes three times a week, achieving results up to 4 times faster than the gym

To that end, the OX party girls Jill and Chrissie went to Witney to find out what the fuss was about…

One of the first things that we noticed on arrival was that you were made to feel extremely welcome, as we were introduced to Ellie Conroy, the owner of the company who has brought the technology across from Spain. Ellie, along with her sister who is her partner in the business, originally saw the results in Spain where the Vacufit bars have taken off. Although quite new to UK , It is significant to note that Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Victoria Beckham both have these in their homes. Ellie decided that Vacufit technology would be an ideal service to launch in the affluent area of West Oxfordshire.

To be honest, we were rather dubious of any system that purports to be an “easy” way of losing pounds, inches and cellulite. It turns out, far from being an easy fix to reduce those pounds after Christmas and slip into that slinky dress, it does require some work to achieve the results you require.

Following an extensive history being taken of one’s medical conditions, the system requires a skirt for you to step into, and then you walk at various speeds and inclines on the treadmill. The skirt is brought up and fixed to the top of the machine, and the programme is selected to your personal fitness level. It works by vacuum therapy, which is a revolutionary treatment that works through the combination of exercise and vacu-pressure. As you exercise at a moderate pace on either the treadmill or cross-trainer, vacuum pressure is applied to the lower half of the body which is sealed into a low-pressure cabin. This encourages the blood flow to be more efficient in and around the stubborn fat cells, enabling your body to specifically target the hard to treat areas women constantly battle with.

Using Vacufit technology for 30 minutes just three times a week helps you to drop a dress size in a month or even less. This efficient technology is up to 4 times faster than the gym as it manipulates blood flow into pockets of stubborn fat cells.

It is a fast and efficient method of exercise for the busy professional, adaptable to all ages and levels of fitness. It targets problematic areas normal exercise doesn’t seem to tackle, and is ideal for slimming for a deadline such as a wedding, holiday or other special occasion, and is also suitable for post pregnancy body repair.

Having tried the system for 30 minutes, we both came out of the experience suitably puffed but more importantly energised. I think, honestly, we would have to commit to trying out the system for a couple of months before seeing significant results. However, whilst we were there we met Becky Blandford, who had lost significant inches, toned up and shed huge amounts of cellulite. She had lost 2 dress sizes and regained significant movement in her neck area. She also reported that she had never felt better, so I’d suggest that the system would definitely be worth a try if you are prepared to put in the 30 minutes 3 times a week.

More importantly, it was a friendly environment that felt more like a club where exercise is fun. It is also important to note that there is no feeling of intimidation that can be felt when exercising in a public gym. With two machines available at the moment, Ellie feels that larger premises or expansion is definitely a plan not too far in the distant future. So if you ate too much pudding at Christmas or want to get into those jeans more easily, you can do it safely and efficiently with a Vacufit programme.
