Weddings at Fison Barn
Fison Barn is a stunning and beautifully maintained 19th century barn.
The original oak beams have been lovingly restored and the exterior is clad in local western red cedar. The barn is nestled at the foot of the Wittenham Clumps, a much-loved local landmark in South Oxfordshire and part of the North Wessex Downs AONB. The barn doors open on to a tranquil courtyard, where swallows and bats nest in the eaves, red kites swoop overhead and butterflies and bees bring the flowering borders to life.
Fison Barn offers a unique ‘blank canvas’ – you have the flexibility to organise the catering, decoration and entertainment exactly as you want it. There is plenty of space for up to 100 seated guests, a kitchen/bar area and room for a marquee in the courtyard.
The barn is part of the Earth Trust Centre and by choosing to host your wedding here you’ll be supporting the work of this environmental learning charity (registered charity no. 1095057). Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and the barn’s underfloor heating is powered by our biomass boiler, rainwater is harvested and electricity is generated by solar panels.
