centre:mk indoor beach and brand new food village
With the British summer holidays now in full swing, Copa Beach at centre:mk couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.
Now in its seventh year, 100 tonnes of sand has been brought in-centre, complete with a carousel, candy floss, ice cream stand and deck chairs to create Milton Keynes’s very own seaside resort. This one-of-a-kind, free visitor attraction is a chance for the whole family to have a fun-filled day out, no matter the weather this summer.
Cabana Village will make its debut in centre:mk’s very own Queens Court, offering delicious food, a taste of the tropics and summer entertainment to visitors. This fantastic space will be transformed into a family-fun destination, where visitors will be able to enjoy a series of live DJ sets and performances during weekends, a bar, and a selection of cabanas selling mouth-watering food and drink.
Shaun Rhodes, Head of Marketing at centre:mk says: “Nowhere does the summer holidays like centre:mk and this year we have combined our well-established Copa Beach in Middleton Hall with our brand new Cabana Village in Queens Court, giving our customers all the fun and flavour of the tropics in the heart of the city.”
Both the Copa Beach and Cabana Village will be open until Sunday 4th September, the perfect place to relax and indulge after a spot of retail therapy.
